These Affiliate Marketer Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Robo Uncle and individuals or entities Affiliate Marketers who participate in our affiliate marketing program.
By enrolling in the Program, Affiliate Marketers agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies provided by the Company.
To become an Affiliate Marketer, individuals or entities must complete the registration process provided by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrollment in the Program at its discretion.
Affiliate Marketers agree to promote the Company's products or services in a professional and ethical manner.
Promotion may include, but is not limited to, sharing affiliate links on websites, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other online channels.
Affiliate Marketers are prohibited from engaging in any form of illegal, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Affiliate Marketers may earn commission payments for qualified sales or referrals generated through their affiliate links.
The Company will determine the commission rate, payment schedule, and eligibility criteria for commissions, which may be subject to change at any time.
Commission payments will be made in accordance with the Company's payment terms and methods.
In the event of a chargeback initiated by a customer referred by an Affiliate Marketer, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the Affiliate Marketer's next commission payment. The deduction will be based on the Affiliate Marketer's commission percentage and the amount of the chargeback.
Affiliate Marketers agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to their promotional activities.
Affiliate Marketers are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate Marketer's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
Upon termination, Affiliate Marketers must immediately cease all promotional activities related to the Company's products or services and remove any affiliate links or content.
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.
Affiliate Marketers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Company's trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company's products or services in accordance with these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by providing notice to Affiliate Marketers or by posting the revised Terms on its website.
Continued participation in the Program after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York.
In the event of a chargeback initiated by a customer referred by an Affiliate Marketer, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the Affiliate Marketer's next commission payment. The deduction will be based on the Affiliate Marketer's commission percentage and the amount of the chargeback.
In the event that legal action is taken against the Company as a result of the Affiliate Marketer's actions or promotions, the Affiliate Marketer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all costs, including but not limited to attorney's fees, court costs, and damages. If the Company incurs any expenses related to legal proceedings involving the Affiliate Marketer, the Affiliate Marketer agrees to reimburse the Company for such expenses in full.
By enrolling in the Program, Affiliate Marketers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
