Purchase Agreement
By purchasing any products or services offered by RobotUncle ("the Product"), you ("the Buyer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. No Refund Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase has been completed. The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood the Product description and features prior to making the purchase.
2. Product Usage: The Buyer is solely responsible for the use of the Product. RobotUncle does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using the Product.
3. Liability for Deactivations: RobotUncle is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or deactivations resulting from the use of the Product. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for adhering to any terms of service or policies of third-party platforms they choose to use the Product with.
4. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RobotUncle, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Product.
Disclaimer
1. Not Affiliated with Instacart: RobotUncle is an independent entity and is not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with Instacart or any other third-party platform. The Product is not authorized or approved by Instacart, and the use of the Product is at the Buyer's discretion.
2. No Guarantees or Warranties: The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RobotUncle does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Product.
3. Buyer Responsibility: The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Product complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service. Any consequences arising from misuse or non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
Acknowledgment
By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Purchase Agreement & Disclaimer. The Buyer further agrees that they have no claim against RobotUncle for any damages or losses incurred as a result of purchasing or using the Product.
